Your logo and/or ad will appear on the homepage of www.waops.org and will also be included in the two quarterly e-newsletters that go out during your six month sponsorship. Newsletters are sent to all WAOPS members. Ads will be hyperlinked to a URL of your choice.

Specifications & Guidelines

Timeline:
Advertising opportunities are offered in six month packages. 

• Option 1: January to June
• Option 2: July to December

1st Quarter ENews is sent to membership between January-March
2nd Quarter ENews is sent to membership between April-June
3rd Quarter ENews is sent to membership between July-September
4th Quarter ENews is sent to membership between October-December

• Advertising spots are filled on a first come, first served basis
• Ad size/specs must be within specifications: 166 x 180 pixels submitted as a jpeg file
• URL link must be submitted with ad, and cannot change during the ad cycle
• Editorial committee reserves the right to review content and/or decline advertising
• Rate: $750 for 6 months
• Receipt of both ad copy and payment are required to reserve ad space
