Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before October 28, 2022 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 28, 2022. Cancellations must be received in writing at WAOPS@badgerbay.co.

Grievance Policy: It is the policy of the WAOPS that any physician dissatisfied with the CME program will be referred to the CME Committee Chairs and the Board of Trustees. Any complaints or grievances are addressed by the CME Committee Chairs and the Board of Trustees following each conference. Complaints on Evaluation Forms also are taken into consideration when planning future CME programs and may lead to changes in the format or content.
